Help Socks for Change End Poverty in Niagara Feet First

Sponsor a Niagara School or Charitable Organization and Be a Sock Hero

Sponsor a Niagara School

Sponsor a Niagara Charity

As temperatures in Niagara plummet and the winter winds pick up, we must remember that there are over 70,000 adults and children living under the poverty line in our Niagara communities.

In December 2021 alone, Socks for Change distributed over 14,000 winter accessories to Niagara schools and charitable organizations. In 2022, we will distribute even more to make sure Niagara residents have warm feet, heads and hands all winter long.

With the help and kindness of our valued partners, local businesses and community members, we can continue to end poverty in Niagara feet first. Become a Sock Hero sponsor this winter and join us in our journey to help our Niagara neighbours.

“Thank you so much for the warm socks, hat and gloves. I appreciate that you did that for our school.  I like that they are very cozy and very warm! I’ll wear them a lot!”

“We are thankful for Socks for Change support to our cause of helping people who are living rough or without shelter. Your kind support will change the lives for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness as these socks will help them to stay warm during the winter season. The socks will also provide people who may need clothing with some additional clothes.”

Gateway Residential & Community Support
